Description
An original vintage mid century white Anglepoise Apex 90 desk lamp. Modified by the company over the years, the Apex 90 replaced the original 1227 Anglepoise lamp, designed by George Carwardine, after they stopped producing this model for a time in 1968.
There is a little press button on and off switch on the top of the lamp shade.
The springs are in good condition with no rusting or disintegration and hold in place nicely with no drift down or movement.
It has its original wiring and it in a good vintage, working condition. No dents to the shade or base. A nice clean vintage example.
Working PAT tested and ready for use. Please note this is an original and not a reproduction, so please expect historical signs of wear/use consistent with age and use which add to its appeal.
