A stunning large oil lantern dating from the mid 19th century and converted to electricity, recently rewired to modern safety standards. Lovely ornate design and naturally aged patina. 42cm / 16.5″ diameter and 101cm / 40″ from the ceiling rose to the bottom of the fitting.
