The curved wood chair August Thonet B9 is manufactured in an original Michael Thonet factory in the Czech Republic. Manufactured in the Czech Republic.
They are in very very good condition, they barely have use, ready to use. Original state, without restorations.

Produced for the first time in 1870.
The 33 B9 curved wood chair was presented for the first time in 1902 in Paris. Initially it was designed as a desk chair, since it was economical and quite comfortable.
The curved wood chair B9 was often used by designers like Le Corbusier. The chair was reintroduced in 1927 at the exhibition.
Deutsche Werkbund (Stuttgart) 1927 (exhibition of 33 homes led by Mies van der Rohe and first meeting of architects working in the new international style) half of the 16 architects used curved wood chairs designed by Michael Thonet. The curved wood chair B9 designed by August Thonet. It became the most popular chair.
Materials: Sounded wooden chair curved. Vienna straw manually braided in the seat and backup.
The original straw and paint are preserved. Never restored, it is preserved in very good condition.
