Antique C.A. Cook & Co Swivel Desk Chair An elegant oak swivel desk chair supported on four legs with casters. It has a round seat and lovely shaped back with triple wooden support which can be adjusted up and down to change the back height by turning the original metal knob. The chair is in working order and is height adjustable by swivelling up or down. A fully adjustable chair from the late 19th century which was ergonomically designed for the workplace. Dimensions: Back Height: 90cm Seat Height: 47cm Seat Width: 38cm Depth: 42cm Origin: US Circa: Late 19th century/early 1900s Workshop Report: Vintage condition, there is general wear consummate with age and a small gap in the wooden seat where the wood joins see photos. It is a solid chair. The wood and metalwork waxed for future protection. As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
