Description
Large hand-woven wool rug from the Turkish province of Kayseri. The Yahyali rug convinces with its characteristic color combination in orange, blue and red and a gold-colored border with hexagonal central motif. Fine pile, naturally shiny wool with flat shearing.
The Yahyali kilim belongs to the finer Anatolian kilims. Therefore, and also because of the low pile, the pattern comes out very fine.
