This Prague or 811 chair was designed by the Austrian Josef Hoffmann, who designed the chair for Thonet in the 1920s. Timeless design: the chair was popular in both the 30s and the 50s/60s and is again very popular today.

This chair was produced in the 1970s by Ligna (former Thonet factory in Czechoslovakia that was nationalized after World War II). Marked.
