Description
Object: Secretary, highboard Era & style: Mid-Century, 1960s : Interesting divided secretary made of teak (partly veneered, partly solid). Attachment with secretary flap and two drawers on a stable base frame with a shelf that can be pulled out to the side. The flap opens using a fine brass mechanism, behind which there are six drawers of the same size and a large shelf or writing board extension. A lamp is barely visible in the upper right corner of the inner shelf. The secretary is in overall well-maintained and ready-to-use condition with slight, age-related signs of wear.
