Description
Self-taught and born in Geneva in 1943, Michel L.Y. Tornare transforms forgotten pieces of wood into true works of art. Inspired by his love of nature and keen sense of observation, he collects roots and pieces of wood during his walks in the mountains, forests, and along rivers. Thanks to his talent, these torn structures are given a new life, filled with color, light, and hope, symbolizing the ability to overcome time and hardship.
